Shipping Costs
We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders. No minimum purchase required.

When will my order be shipped?
Please allow a processing time of 2 to 5 business days before your order is shipped.

What is the delivery time?
Shipping time: 7 to 15 business days

Certain circumstances beyond our control (public holidays, weather conditions, logistical issues, etc.) may cause delays.

Although the majority of orders arrive on time, we cannot guarantee an exact delivery date. Delivery remains the responsibility of the carrier.

Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.

You can use this number to track your package and check its status and estimated delivery date.

What if my order is delayed?
If your order has not arrived after 20 business days (processing + delivery), please contact us at:

Please include your order number.
We will check the situation with the carrier.

Lost or Undelivered Package
If your tracking shows "delivered" but you have not received anything:

  • Check with your neighbors or relatives
  • Check around your home
  • Wait 24 to 48 hours

If the package remains missing after 48 hours, contact us with your order number.

Order Cancellation
You can cancel your order free of charge within 24 hours of purchase.

To do so, send an email to:

Subject: CANCEL
Include your order number.

Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

Incorrect Address
If you entered a wrong address:
Reply to the confirmation email with the correct address within 24 hours.

After this period, we are not responsible for address errors.

Damaged Product
If your product arrives damaged, contact us at:

With:

  • Your order number
  • A photo of the product

We will send you a replacement free of charge.

Customs Fees
For international orders, customs fees may apply.
These fees are the customer's responsibility and vary by country.
